At Pokémon TCG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and accessories; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your prepared package to the nearest authorized carrier location and ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
